Who Is Eligible:	You must not have previously owned a home. You must be homeless or living in substandard housing. All applicants who are accepted are subject to re-qualify every six months until they close on their home.
Available Services:	Offers a program for very low-income families to purchase new homes with a no-interest loan and help in the construction of their home. Approval established through extensive application process. Volunteer opportunities are available.
